Yes. You can send us a message on our contact page to request a custom order. We will then be in contact with you to process your custom order. All custom orders require a 50% deposit, it will be non-refundable if the client decides to cancel the order before the product is finalized.
In an effort to be more eco-friendly and reduce waste please allow 48 hours for all orders to begin to be processed and made since Little Lady B. products are made to order.

Yes, we understand that finding the perfect fit and size can be tricky therefore we offer clients 14 days to process a return. Customers are responsible for shipping labels and fees and are non-refundable when the return is processed. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on the carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
All accessories are final sale. This includes hair bows, headbands, hats, bags, baskets, and toys.
Unfortunately, all “custom orders” or “special orders” are final sales and can not be returned or exchanged. These orders are non-returnable since they are made specifically following the customer’s request.
